SHB offers attractive salaries and benefits. A periodical remuneration survey and study is done to insure maintaining our position as a leading bank. Our package includes:
Basic Salary: SHB employees receive attractive and competitive basic salaries in comparison to the Saudi financial sector.
Housing Allowance: SHB Employees receive 3 months basic salaries as annual housing allowance and it is paid along with the monthly salary.
Transport allowance: SHB Employees receive 1 month basic salary as annual transport allowance and it is paid along with the monthly salary.
Ticket allowance: SHB Employees receive 1 month basic salary as annual ticket allowance and it is paid along with the monthly salary.
Medical insurance coverage: SHB employees and their families are covered with an excellent scheme.
Life Insurance: SHB covers its employees up to 24 months basic salaries and payable to family of the deceased employee (God forbid).
Annual leave: SHB Employees on officer level and above are entitled to 30 work days per year, while other employees are entitled to 26 work days per year.
Eids and holidays: In addition to the annual leave, SHB employees enjoy the Eids and official holidays celebrated in Saudi Arabia.
Bonuses and merit increments: SHB pays Bonuses and merit increments to it's staff based on their performance evaluation.
Loans: Personal loans: SHB staff are entitled to have personal loans in accordance with it's HR approved policies.
Housing loans: SHB staff are entitled to have housing loans in accordance with it's HR approved policies.
