-Confidentially keep records and files related to his department, sorting, categorizing and arranging them well to facilitate access to these records when needed.

-Make ready and available all items that may be needed by the his superior for each meeting, whether at the office or outside (such as files, papers, documents etc.)

-Receive mail, open it and present it to his superior and deliver personal post unopened and without any delay.

-Record all correspondences, reports and other data dictated by his manager.

-Attend meetings at the request of his manager and prepare minutes of meetings.

-Type all confidential correspondences associated with his department
